Sustainability Survey - Terms and Conditions
Acceptance
1. This competition (the Competition) is a promotion run by Blues Limited Partnership (Blues Rugby) with its registered office at 32 Campbell Crescent , Epsom, Auckland, NZ.
2. When a person submits an entry into this Competition (each an Entry) in accordance with these terms and conditions (the Terms), they are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
3. Entries will only be accepted by Blues Rugby from persons who reside in New Zealand.
4. For Entries by persons under the age of 18, these Terms must be accepted by that person(s) parent or legal guardian.
Entry Process
5. Entries must be completed on the official survey entry form. No other form of entry will be considered or accepted by Blues Rugby.
6. Entries close midnight 20 September 2024 (Entry Deadline). Entries received after the Entry Deadline will not be eligible and will not be considered by Blues Rugby..
7. Entry into this Competition is not open to Blues Rugby staff or members of their immediate family.
Winning Entry/Winning Prize
8. The valid Entries will be reviewed by Blues Rugby and the winning entry will be selected by 24 September 2024. As to what constitutes the winning entries is at Blues Rugby’s sole and absolute discretion.
9. Blues Rugby will notify the winners of this Competition (Winners) by 24 September 2024 by email.
10. The Blues Rugby’s decision regarding the Winner and any other matter relating to this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Three (3) Winners will each receive a JBL Go Essential Portable Waterproof Speaker (the Prize)
12. Each Prize is non-transferable, non-changeable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other services.
13. Blues Rugby reserves the right to revoke a Prize at any time they consider, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Winner has breached any of these terms and conditions.
General
14. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Blues Rugby and its employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury or medical event suffered or sustained during the course of or as a result of competing, accepting or using the Prizes in connection with this Competition.
15. Blues Rugby is not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected or incomplete Entries to this Competition.
16. By entering this Competition (and therefore being bound by these Terms), entrants grant to Blues Rugby an unconditional right to use images of the Winner for promotional purposes, which may include publication in any format or location chosen by Blues Rugby in its absolute discretion and Blues Rugby may licence publication or use of such images by any of its subsidiaries or related entities including, without limitation, on the Blues Rugby website and social media pages. Blues Rugby will also collect and hold your personal information to update the contact details in Blues Rugby’s database and to facilitate the Competition (including contact each Winner).
17. Entrant details (other than the name of the Winner) will remain confidential and will not be made available to the public or any third party except in accordance with these terms unless Blues Rugby is required to disclose those by law (e.g. by way of example only, if someone is injured or suffers a medical event, needing medical services, or to advise relatives etc). Without limitation to the aforesaid, Blues Rugby will hold any personal information received in connection with the Competition in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and with Blues Rugby’s privacy policy available at [link].
18. Blues Rugby has collaborated with Go Well Consulting Limited (Go Well) to bring you this Competition. Your personal information (including but not limited to your contact details and responses to the survey in this Competition) may be shared or otherwise directly collected by Go Well in order to facilitate the Competition. By entering into the Competition you are deemed to agree and consent to the sharing of your personal information with Go Well for this purpose and in accordance with these Terms and Blues Rugby’s privacy policy. Blues Rugby will use all reasonable measures to ensure that Go Well complies with Blues Rugby’s privacy policy (and the Privacy Act 2020) when Go Well collects and uses your personal information in accordance with these Terms and in connection with the Competition. 18. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
