Utility back Reon Paul joins the Blues for the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season after impressing for Bay of Plenty in the 2024 NPC season.

He’s a versatile player for any backline having played at centre and on the wing.

A fun fact about Reon: he is the nephew of All Blacks and Hurricanes stalwart TJ Perenara, with the pair having played club rugby together for Northern United in Wellington.  

Reon is contracted with the Blues through until the end of the 2025 season.
