Jaymie Kolose comes from a Touch Rugby background, making the switch to 15s in 2022.   

After impressing in her first year of FPC, Kolose was called into the nib Blues squad for the 2023 season with just a handful of games under her belt. 

Her speed on the wing, coupled with a strong fend caught the attention of the competition with  

Kolose finishing the season with five tries and equal third on the Aupiki try scoring charts.  

After a standout year, Kolose was invited down to the Black Ferns Sevens programme to join training and experience the environment. 

Kolose contributed another four tries in the nib Blues 2024 campaign, sitting her fourth equal in the Aupiki competition. Her game developed throughout the season as she continues to learn the subtleties on wing play. 

Her pace, power and FEND return to the nib Blues in 2025 as Kolose continues to push her claim for international honours.
