AUPIKI FINAL CONFIRMED AT EDEN PARK

The Sky Super Rugby Aupiki Final between the nib Blues and Chiefs Manawa is set to be played at Auckland’s Eden Park this Saturday at 4:05pm.

The nib Blues earnt hosting rights to the Aupiki showpiece after their 41-29 win over Hurricanes Poua, meaning the nib Blues qualified top of the Aupiki standings.

Blues CEO Andrew Hore said he was elated to be hosting Finals rugby once again.

“It’s a great week when you’ve got a team playing finals footy,” said Hore. 

“We’re proud of our nib Blues’ season to-date and we’re looking forward to hosting the Aupiki Final this Saturday at Eden Park,” he said.

“It’s the start of the school holidays and we’ve got a family-friendly kick-off time, so we are encouraging our fans to get along and support our nib Blues Women in their quest for an Aupiki title – we would love to see Eden Park humming on Saturday afternoon!”
