HEEM EXTENDS FOR ‘25

Versatile midfield back, Bryce Heem, is the latest Blues player to re-sign with the club through until the end of the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season.

Heem has played 42 games for the Blues, scoring nine tries in his four seasons with the club.

His versatility and hard running combined with his vast rugby experience both in New Zealand and overseas makes him a valuable asset to any rugby team.

“I’ve loved my time at the Blues and I’m grateful for the opportunity to extend my contract for another season,” said Heem.

“It was awesome to be part of the 2024 championship win and to see several years of hard work pay off. The new challenge for this team will be backing it up with a strong performance in 2025 and I’m excited and ready for that challenge,” he said.

He joins Dalton Papali’i, Caleb Clarke and Zarn Sullivan as other Blues players to have recently re-signed with the club.
