The Blues are set to host the NSW Waratahs and the Western Force in Auckland in the Sky Super Rugby Trans-Tasman competition in May and June next year.
New Zealand and Australia rugby unions jointly announced the draw for the trans-Tasman competition which is due to take place after two rounds of the Sky Super Rugby Aotearoa.
The Blues will host the high-profile Waratahs at Eden Park on Saturday 22 May (4.35pm kickoff NZ time) and the Western Force at Eden Park on Saturday 12 June with a 7.05pm kickoff.
The team will travel away to the Rebels in Melbourne on Saturday 15 May and the Reds in Brisbane on Friday June 4 while the venue for the Super Round on 28-30 May, where the Blues will play the Brumbies, is still to be confirmed.
“We are excited to take on the Australian teams. The Wallabies have shown just much they have improved and have benefitted from the return of Super Rugby across the Tasman,” said Blues coach, Leon MacDonald.
