Jordan graduated from St Peters College in Auckland, playing for the Blues Under-18 squad in 2014.  He was a Sir Edmund Hillary Scholarship winner, moving to Waikato University where he was called into the Waikato side for their Ranfurly Shield win over Hawkes Bay in 2015, and the Waikato U19 side that finished second in the national tournament.

Jordan earned a call-up to the Blues wider training group in 2016 and the NZ Under 20s, with both campaigns thwarted by injury. Jordan has earned two Blues caps, his first coming against the Reds in 2017, and his second against the Sharks in 2018.

Jordan has outstanding skills. He is fast, elusive and an excellent kicker. Jordan now plays at fullback for Auckland in the Mitre 10 Cup, making the move for the 2017 season. He has since become an integral part of the provincial side, showing skill and speed to help his regions revival in their successful 2018 campaign.  His irresistible form for Auckland saw Jordan earn a return to the Blues for the 2019. Unfortunately for Jordan a series of injuries prevented him from adding to his 2 caps for the Blues.
