The legendary Jonah Lomu was one of the most imposing wingers to pull on the Blues and All Blacks jerseys. He debuted for the All Blacks at 19 and went on to earn 63 caps for the side. From 1996 to 1998, Lomu made 22 appearances for the Blues before moving to the Chiefs and the Hurricanes in 2000.

His career was hampered by a chronic kidney illness, which ultimately led to a kidney transplant in 2004 and a renewed ability to play the game. He finished his career in the Northern Hemisphere playing for the Cardiff Blues and Marseille before focusing on promotional duties around the globe.
