Jed Brown is a flanker from Canterbury, now plying his trade with the province of Tasman.

He made his debut for Canterbury in 2012, off of the bench against Auckland, going to make 28 for his home province. Jed has won the national provincial title on 5 seperate occasions for his home town in 2012,2013,2015, 2016 and 2017.

Jed was part of the Crusaders wider training squad for the 2014-15 Super Rugby seasons, before being promoted to the full squad for the 2016-2017 seasons. Jed made his debut for the Crusaders in 2017, playing 7 times for the club in their title winning season, including their historic match against the British & Irish Lions.

2018 saw Jed shift north to neighbouring province, Tasman, playing a key role in their tilt at yet another successful Mitre 10 Cup campaign, and earning a spot in the Blues squad for 2019.

Jed made his debut against the Chiefs in Hamilton in Round 9 of the 2019 Super Rugby season and earned 3 caps in total before leaving the club to play in Japan.
