Paul Mitchell has rugby at his roots. Mitchell earned 188 caps for King Country between 1988 and 2001. His brother John coached the All Blacks and his father-in-law is fellow King Country legend Colin Meads. Mitchell played for the Chiefs before moving north to play for the Blues and Auckland.
